2022年建筑钢结构产量9200万吨,同比增长3.4% 我国建筑钢结构行业再迎新机遇 为凝聚企业力量,引导技术创新,扎实推动质量强国建设实施,促进行业高质量发展,以“绿色低碳、智能建造、推进钢结构建筑产业高质量发展”为主题的2023年全国建筑钢结构行业大会召开。会上围绕“双碳”目标、智能建造等主题,对最新产业政策和钢结构行业面临的形势任务进行解读,多位专家、学者就目前钢结构前沿技术、新材料新工艺,未来钢结构建筑应用趋势、技术研究成果和实践经验进行了分享,并对我国建筑钢结构行业的发展和创新建言献策,推进钢结构全产业链不断创新升级。“加快构建新发展格局、着力推动高质量发展”,建筑业作为国家经济的重要支柱产业,实现高质量发展必须大力发展绿色建筑,推广应用绿色建材产品,推行装配式建筑等新型绿色建造方式,对未来钢结构行业产生重要影响,大力推广钢结构建筑,倒逼钢结构行业必须加快科技创新,进一步提升产品质量,为建筑业的转型升级,为实现绿色低碳发展做出更大贡献。从宏观形势看,我国经济韧性强、潜力足、长期向好的基本面没有改变,保持了稳定发展的势头。在国家固定资产投资增长、经济形势趋稳的大环境中,借助“双碳”目标和实现绿色低碳发展的东风,推进智能建造与建筑工业化的协同发展,为钢结构建筑的推广和应用,提供了更有利的环境与舞台。从建筑钢结构行业情况看,面对三年疫情冲击和经济压力,全行业认真贯彻新发展理念,建筑钢结构行业取得可喜成绩,钢结构建筑推广应用保持增长态势。确定从产量产值方面看,2022年全国建筑业总产值31.2万亿元,其中钢结构产值达到9918.5亿元,占建筑业比例3.18%。建筑钢结构产量9200万吨,产量增幅3.4%,占粗钢产量的9.08%。据统计,2022年在建的钢结构建筑面积为4.81亿平方米,占当年在建建筑面积3.07%。钢结构的产值、产量和在建面积比重稳步增长。尽管在建筑业的占比仍旧不高,但发展前景广阔、提升空间较大。从行业运行的业态特征看,建筑钢结构产能集中度、技术集聚性的特征明显。据不完全统计,2022年行业前100名钢结构企业完成钢结构产量3662.4万吨,占到全国建筑钢结构产量的39.8%,钢结构产值达2314.2亿元,占全国建筑钢结构产值的23.3%。从规模企业发展情况看,截至2022年底,全国具有一级钢结构专业承包资质企业2842家,二级资质企业13800余家,其中钢结构生产企业数量较多的省份有:江苏、山东、福建、浙江、河南等地。从产业环境和政策背景看,随着国家和地方对钢结构建筑的推广力度加大,相关产业政策纷纷出台与落地,带动了钢结构在建筑领域的推广和应用。钢结构除在高层、大跨度与空间结构建筑、工业厂房建筑、大型桥梁中广泛应用,保持优势外,近年来,在医院、学校建筑应用比例提高幅度较大力。钢结构建筑的产业链协同推进特点明显,设计、生产、施工和科研单位携手合作,补短板、强建筑,与钢结构配套的围护墙板增速较快,轻质复合墙板的市场看好,楼承板产量逐年提升,钢结构住宅建设保持一定的增长势头。从科技创新方面看,钢结构企业积极推进科技创新体系建设,不断加大科研投入,通过对41家行业高新技术企业数据发现,2022年科研投入占总营业收入比例约3.2%左右。申报企业人均科研投入约35.3万元。企业科研投入金额和占比逐年增加,重视科研发成为新趋势。当前,我国进入了高质量发展阶段,产业结构将迎来深度调整,经济增长由高速发展转向高质量发展。我国钢结构行业要以工业化、信息化和智能化为共同目标。充分发挥科技创新支撑引领作用,通过创新成果试点示范应用,大力推动新一代信息技术、先进制造技术、节能环保技术、高性能材料技术与建筑业深度融合,运用信息化、智能建造技术融合,最大化地提升了装配式建筑的集成效率和智能化水平,推动行业工业化、数字化、智能化、绿色化转型升级,不断塑造发展新动能新优势,在城乡建设绿色低碳发展领域发挥引领示范作用。 Release time:2023-07-04

Smooth delivery for second ship of Brazilian Railway Bridge Project The construction project of new railway bridge over the Brazilian Tocantins River cooperated between Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (hereinafter referred to as Vale) and CXHI is in full swing. As of July 2, 2023, the second batch of steel components have been shipped successfully.This construction project is a large-scale bridge project independently undertaken by CXHI. The railway bridge is 4m in height, 5m in width and 2310m in total length. To ensure the smooth installation on site, CXHI carried out the full pre-assembly after fabrication, and directly shipped after disassembly. Due to the project is located in tropical rainforest, ASTM A588 weathering resistant steel is selected to ensure corrosion resistance and durability.Generally, the exposed parts of steel structural are coated with paint, which can protect and modify the finishing effect for the products. However, the supply requirements of the project is mostly black parts (the surface of the components is not coated with paint), and the products are made of steel processing, which will cause problems such as poor appearance due to bumps or skill level difference in the process, so the delivery of "black parts" is a huge challenge for the manufacturer. Stricter process control,inspection and repair are indispensable factor.The cargo ship departs from the Taixing wharf, which next to CXHI workshop, to the Vale Madeira Port in S?o Luis, Maranhao, it will certainly take the construction project of new railway bridge over the Tocantins River towards a new journey. Yangzhou Digital Center module project came to a successful conclusion! Smooth cappingYangzhou Digital Center module project (China Unicom Eastern Cloud Computing Power Center) is the first large-scale modular professional contracting project undertaken by Chenxin Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CXHI), with a total construction area of 46,000 square meters.Despite the tight schedule and high construction quality requirements, CXHI braved the difficulties, take the initiative to undertake the responsibility. According to the plan, CXHI needs to complete the structural roof-sealing in 36 days after taking over. CXHI prepared the detail plan, closed liaised with the five module equipment assembly bases, 24 hours supervise the assembly progress of each module, and control the time node of module supply on critical path to ensure the smoothly on-site lifting.The workshop worked overtime and finally successfully delivered the first-batch components to the site on March 25, 2023. Leading by the chief engineer, CXHI try the mechatronics installation for the first time and solve all the technical problems satisfactorily.Module preinstallationThe constructor re-adjusted the positioning plate on site and finally ensured the successful completion of the first lifting on March 26, 2023.Field adjustment basisBow siteTo keep the project on schedule, every day is crucial. It came a transition period from spring to summer, typhoons and rainstorms are frequent. Considering the various possibilities, project team prepared in advance to prevent the fire-proof layer and electromechanical equipment from damaging by the rain. Catch a typhoonWith the cooperation of the workshop and project team, the project proceeded rapidly, especially the day and night site construction, the project team continuously optimized the installation and overall acceptance plan, from the beginning of handling 5 modules a day, to the peak of handling 62 modules a day, and finally completed the roof-sealing one week ahead of the schedule. It will be closed on April 30, 2023The project duration is the most concerned issue for the customer and CXHI, and many factors seriously restricted the progress of the project:The project is a modular structure, requiring accurate positioning of all bolts with large quantity of about 80,000 sets, and the construction space is limited, installation and fastening positions are blocked, to ensure the construction schedule, CXHI customized special wrenches and additional 60,000 pieces of cushion plates dedicated for the project.The site fire protection requirements are extremely high, and the fireproofing coating of installed modules must not be damaged, but the risk of damage will be increased due to the longtime handling and lifting process, narrow traffic path and the large-scale crane hoisting. Also, the transportation road from the storage yard to the site is the only driving school test road in Yangzhou City, which brings great difficulties to module handling.Due to the mismatch between the supply sequence defined in the early stage and the actual situation of on-site lifting, a large number of modules which waited for installation were overstocked in the storage yard. CXHI communicated with customers proactively, adjusted and optimized the lifting plan promptly according to the site conditions, and increased input to ensure the smooth supply of modules from the workshop to the storage yard and finally to the site.The CXHI quality inspection team went deep into the module equipment assembly base, carried out a comprehensive quality inspection for each module's appearance size, hole position, hanging lug welding quality, module number and orientation marking, painting and fireproof coating, etc., recorded the data in detail and reported if any problems, and timely feedback to the site to ensure the smooth installation for each module.The construction team selected veteran and skilled worker, gathered the backbone strength of each project, followed the project plan, united as one, cautious and conscientious, willingly bore the burden of hard works, carried out the team labor competition, seamless connection between day shift and night shift to ensure the workload of each shift, did not get off work until finished site lifting, made preparation for the next team operation, which showing the excellent quality of striving hard , being good at fighting against difficulty, daring to take responsibility and taking care of the overall situation.CXHI is committed to fabricating high-quality steel structure, adhering to the concept of service upmost, and actively seeking best solutions for customers, striving to make breakthroughs in new fields, and injecting new impetus into the development of CXHI.
